Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Coaching Services

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Tanja Fauti (hereinafter referred to as “Coach”), including individual sessions, online coaching, and workshops. By booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Formation of Contract

A binding agreement is formed either upon written confirmation (e.g., by email) or upon receipt of payment. All offers on the website are non-binding.

3. Services

The Coach offers coaching, workshops, and digital formats. The content and scope of services are determined by individual agreement.

Coaching supports personal development, decision-making, goal achievement, and clarity. It does not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Sessions are held online, typically 60 minutes.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After this period, the session is considered delivered. If the client arrives late, the session will not be extended. If the Coach is delayed, the session will be prolonged or rescheduled.

5. Withdrawal & Right of Cancellation

Private clients have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 business days after confirmation, provided that the first session has not yet taken place. If services begin within this period, the right of withdrawal expires.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Coach commits to confidentiality regarding all coaching content, including after the coaching relationship ends. Personal data is used solely within the coaching context and in accordance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

7. Liability & Personal Responsibility

The Coach is only liable for intent and gross negligence, limited to the fee of the specific session. Coaching does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. The client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.

8. Copyright

All materials provided by the Coach (e.g., worksheets, concepts) are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version is available on the website.
